To work out how to structure your response, you'll need to go through the advert carefully to fully understand what they are looking for. Make a list of all their requirements.
We can see here that the company needs someone who has the following skills:

- Sales management
- International experience
- Knowledge in selling products abroad
- At least 6 years marketing experience
- Training experience of salespersons
- Know-how to establish a sales organization
- Degree in engineering
- Knowledge of the foreign aerospace industry
This is quite a list and, unless you have extensive marketing experience, international sales accomplishments, an engineering degree, knowledge of national and foreign aerospace industries, and sales management experience, you will be hard-pressed to qualify.
