Guide to Interviews

If you have been invited to an interview - congratulations! This means that the company already thinks that you could be just the person they are looking for. The interview is a chance for them to increase their knowledge and complete their picture of you. You should remember however that the interview is a two-way process; this is also your opportunity to find out more about the job and the organization to ensure that both are the right match for you.

Although you might be feeling slightly nervous about the thought of attending an interview, you can improve your chances of success with a combination of careful preparation, research and practice. In this section we aim to offer you advice and tips on all three areas, along with additional information on how to approach and handle the interview itself.
