Stress
Given the physical and psychological strain of flying, it is not surprising that stress is a common problem on flights. A typical journey by plane may involve rushing through traffic to get to the airport on time, finding a parking space, waiting at check-in, delays, cramped cabin conditions, lack of sleep, oxygen deficiency and dehydration.
Those with a fear of flying will certainly experience further anxiety, given the psychological barriers they will have to face.
These many factors can contribute to a stressful flight. For some people, this can lead to air rage as the sheer number of these factors overpower them, causing them to react aggressively.
